Mandatory payrolling is being phased in from the 06th April 2027. From that date, employers must payroll car and car fuel benefits, vans and van fuel and medical benefits. All other benefits, including taxable cheap loans and living accommodation benefits, can be payrolled voluntarily for 2027/28.
